Delivery and Return policy

Delivery:

Delivery for rolled paintings is Free within the UAE ONLY.

For stretched painting , the cost of delivery will be communicated separately and depending on final destination and shipping roles of the country.

For custom made paintings, the delivery of the item will take 3 weeks from the date of purchasing.

Return:

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the items is not suitable, you will need to return it to us Mirdif 78St. compound 59a Villa 4 United Arab Emirates within 10 Days from purchasing date and we will then refund you the order value excluding delivery cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The item should be received back in good condition and we are recommending to use recorded delivery services as proof of delivery. Once the item has arrived back and inspected please allow up to 14 working days for the order to be processed and an exchange or refund issued
